Job summary

Intuit Careers is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will prepare tax returns, advise clients, and grow your local client base while representing TurboTax in the community.

The role emphasizes in-person service, tax planning guidance, and building long-term relationships with clients through face-to-face interaction and local marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future planning advice.
• Utilize resources and team expertise to deliver accurate tax solutions in everyday language.
• Grow TurboTax client base and foster long-term relationships within the local community.
