Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience with adviser to hiring managers.
• Experience identifying and engaging scarce skill sets and building pipelines.
• Familiar with ATS/CRM platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
• Strong communication, facilitation, and consultative influencing skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and fair hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant and functional leaders to align hiring with workforce plans and production schedules.
• Lead intake sessions to clarify success profiles, interview strategy, compensation ranges, and timelines.
• Advise on role design, selection methods, and structured interviews for fairness and predictive validity.
• Convert labor market data into practical guidance on location strategy, talent availability, and time to fill.
• Coach hiring managers on inclusive hiring practices and balancing skills, potential, and time to hire.
• Facilitate debriefs and ensure evidence-based decisions aligned to business goals.
• Own top-of-funnel recruiting strategy and ideal candidate profiles.
• Build and maintain active pipelines through referrals, job boards, partnerships, and campaigns.
• Manage candidate flow through ATS and ensure timely communications at all stages.
• Coordinate structured interview teams and provide interviewer guides.
