Job summary

RTX Corporation seeks a student intern in Electrical/Computer Engineering for on-site collaboration in El Segundo, CA. You will work with cross-functional teams, assisting with end-to-end systems engineering, I&T, and documentation under senior mentorship.

You must be pursuing a Bachelor's or higher in STEM and be enrolled through internship; preferred: prior RTX internship, Python experience, and familiarity with test equipment. This role emphasizes growth and hands-on learning.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related STEM major and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.

Responsibilities

• Engage in onsite project collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver systems engineering solutions and support development milestones.
• Receive senior technical mentorship and incorporate feedback into daily tasks.
• Support full lifecycle systems engineering, including design, I&T, and product documentation.
• Participate in design reviews and lab verification sessions to develop professionally.
