Job summary

Alliance of Professionals & Consultants, Inc. (APC) is seeking a Survey Project Manager I to oversee survey projects onsite in Benbrook, TX or Tyler, TX.

You will plan, direct, manage resources, schedules and budgets to ensure client goals are achieved on time and within scope. The role requires strong leadership and communication, with three years of survey tech experience and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of Survey Tech Experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• RPLS or PLS is a bonus
• Associates or Some College is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Manage project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues.
• Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
• Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project.
• Develop and deliver status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership.
