Alliance of Professionals & Consultants, Inc. (APC) is seeking a Survey Project Manager II for onsite work in Benbrook or Tyler, Texas.

The role oversees design and survey projects, leading teams, managing resources, schedules, and budgets to deliver on time and within scope. The ideal candidate has proven project management experience with leadership skills, budget planning, and strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven Project Manager with leadership experience.
• Experience managing budgets and schedules.
• Proficiency with Office suite and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues.
• Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.
• Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
• Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project.
• Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives.
• Develop and deliver status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership.
• Assist in dispute, negotiation, arbitration or litigation, as needed.
• Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and participate in quality issue resolution.
• Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.
• Proven success in providing on site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
• Monitor staff performance and complete performance reviews.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project and program team.
• Continue professional development to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods and best practices.
• Manage and maintain existing assigned customer relationships as well as establish, manage, and maintain newly assigned customer relationships.
• Manage and perform the required business processes in Workflow.
• Actively engage in Business Development initiatives and local industry events and meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
