Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with medical equipment in hospital or clinic.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test general surgery instruments.
• Disassemble malfunctioning equipment and repair or replace defective parts.
• Maintain records of maintenance, parts and repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance such as cleaning, lubrication and adjustment of instruments.
• Coordinate maintenance program developments using company methods.
• Facilitate equipment pick-up, delivery, quotation communication and repair status updates.

Skills

Experience working with medical equip.

Basic computer skills

Dexterity and hand-eye coordination
