Job summary

Agiliti in Colorado's Denver area is seeking an Onsite Surgical Equipment Repair Specialist at a fixed location. You will inspect and repair general surgery instrumentation, perform preventive maintenance, and keep meticulous records to ensure instruments function correctly and meet patient care needs.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience with medical equipment in a hospital or clinic preferred.
• Vision to distinguish colors.
• Willingness to travel in the Denver area.
• Dexterity to sit, stand, bend and manipulate small objects.
• Ability to drive a Sprinter style vehicle.
• Experience with digital calipers and hand tools.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test general surgery instrumentation.
• Disassemble malfunctioning equipment and replace defective parts.
• Keep records of maintenance, parts and repair.
• Perform preventive maintenance on instruments (cleaning, lubricating, adjusting).
• Coordinate maintenance program developments using company methods and models.
• Facilitate equipment pickup, delivery, quotation communication, repair status, and delivery of repairs.
• Coordinate periodic performance reviews with leadership.
