We’re hiring an Onsite Support Technician to lead the successful execution of our event technology and services at client events. This role goes beyond technical setup—it's about managing the full onsite experience, ensuring our solutions are delivered seamlessly and professionally. Your Impact

As an Onsite Support Technician at Personify, you will play a crucial role in driving our event services business forward. Registration Tech is a robust event technology platform that supports seamless onsite experiences through services like registration, badge printing, attendance tracking, and more, enabling clients to execute successful events with confidence.

Here’s how you will make a significant impact:

  • Travel to client events to manage and support the onsite delivery of Registration Tech products and services
  • Deploy equipment according to client specifications and provide technical troubleshooting and support
  • Train clients, event staff, and volunteers on how to use our software and hardware solutions
  • Serve as the main point of contact onsite, delivering outstanding customer service and resolving issues quickly
  • Assist in supporting remote events via phone and email, and respond to support tickets in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with professional services team members and contribute to the execution of successful events
  • Conduct QA and testing on equipment and software
  • Follow organizational policies and procedures and assist in maintaining operational documentation
  • Adapt to changing event environments and client needs with professionalism
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Prior experience in customer service, event planning, or project coordination is a plus
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and communicate effectively under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using intuitive web-based software as well as smartphone technology
  • Quick learner with the ability to train others on technical solutions
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, including some nights and weekends
  • Adaptability, initiative, teamwork, and a dedication to delivering high-quality results
