Job summary

N Consulting Global seeks an IT support technician to deliver end-user device support for Siemens Energy authorized users. You will handle Windows OS deployment, application delivery, and ongoing desktop support in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities include lifecycle management for laptops/desktops using SCCM, VDI, and Intune, coordination with third-party technicians, and on-site VIP service with basic network troubleshooting as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-user device support for Windows environments.
• Experience configuring and deploying Windows OS and applications.
• Familiarity with SCCM, Intune, and VDI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user device support to Siemens Energy authorized users.
• Manage desktop/laptop lifecycle tasks and asset records.
• Coordinate with third-party IT technicians when requested.
• Support on-site VIP service and basic network troubleshooting.

Job description

End User device support- Build, Install and maintenance of PCs, and peripheral devices (such as mobile/smart phones).

• Addressing the issues reported by Siemens Energy authorized users like Microsoft desktop operating system and windows application deployment, configuration, and management.
• Support End-to-End Desktop/Laptop life cycle management using Microsoft SCCM, VDI and Intune.
• Support third-party IT technicians, if requested by Siemens Energy.
• Scope of Asset management will be limited to CMDB status update while allocating/deallocating the devices under scope. (ex: Laptop, Desktop)
