Job summary

Spectra Tech, LLC is seeking a Supply Technician – Stock Record/Turn-In to support a government project at Adelphi Laboratory Center (ALC) in Adelphi, MD. This full-time, on-site role focuses on inventory accountability, compliance with AR 710-2/735-5, and DPAS/AMPS system usage.

You will work with DPAS, GFEBS, and AESIP to manage cataloging, requisitions, and documentation, while maintaining accurate records and providing status updates to Government and contractors.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance
• High school diploma
• At least 1 year of general office experience; college courses may substitute
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Good written and verbal communication
• Experience operating standard office equipment
• Ability to obtain ammunition certification via Government training
• Ability to learn inventory accountability systems
• Willingness to learn supply systems and guidelines

Responsibilities

• Reference AR 710-2 and AR 735-5 for security-risk items with inventory control records
• Monitor DPAS accuracy against the DLA database
• Contact contractors for information on new items based on Government requisitions
• Research FEDLOG, AESIP, Internet and regulations for cataloging within DPAS
• Prepare accountable documents for purchases per guidance
• Maintain property accountability records per AR 710-2
• Maintain files for each non-accountable document number
• Provide status on work orders, excess equipment, and requisitions to Government/Contractors
• Process supply forms (automated and manual) and initiate supporting documentation
• Operate DPAS systems and related office equipment
• Provide on-the-job training to contractor personnel
• Utilize GFEBS and AESIP in daily tasks
• Access WebFLIS for NSN, manufacturer, and supplier data; complete DD Form 1348-1A
