Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector is seeking a Supply Chain Tech Coordinator – Level 3 in Promontory, UT. This 100% onsite role supports missions critical to national and global security, collaborating with production planners and manufacturing to ensure material and planning availability for production.

You will close work orders, order material to the factory floor, and coordinate product movement across the value stream, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of inventory and operations support experience.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing, quality basics, property, engineering flows.
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication.
• Experience with MRP systems
• Lean principles knowledge and experience
• Experience in tracking and reporting status
• Personal drive for process improvements
• Local to the State of Utah

Mansioni

• Use of MRP to close work orders
• Pick material from stores
• Advise management, planner and factory schedulers of production status and escalates problems to ensure labor, tools, equipment, and services are provided as needed
• Coordinate with other internal departments to ensure the movement of parts is delivered on time
• Work within the department to ensure supporting documents are available before production
• Coordinate product movement across the value stream
