Vallen's Integrated Supply Site Manager is a staff management position integrated within a customer's location to drive program growth and manage the day-to-day activities of a team of associates to ensure positive and profitable customer relationships that contribute to Vallen's financial goals and business objectives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in supply chain management or related industries.
• 2+ years of staff management and team leadership.
• Strong ability to develop and cultivate customer relationships.
• Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of manufacturing applications for cost savings.
• Financial acumen with ability to interpret and manage P&L expectations.
• Proficient with MS Office and quick to learn company software.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to onsite customer teams delivering Integrated Supply solutions.
• Manages P&L and ensures site meets budget goals.
• Drives contractual commitments and KPI delivery at the local site.
• Demonstrates urgency in delivering customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ensures payment terms are followed and customer pays Vallen on time.
