Vallen’s Integrated Supply Site Manager leads the onsite customer team and guides program growth while managing daily activities to ensure positive and profitable relationships that support Vallen’s financial goals. The role emphasizes staff leadership, P&L stewardship, and driving contractual commitments at the local site.

We seek individuals with strong relationship skills and a mechanical aptitude to recognize cost-saving opportunities, ensuring supplier performance aligns with customer needs

Qualifications

• 4+ years in supply chain management, wholesale distribution, manufacturing or related field.
• 2+ years of staff management with a proven team-lead track record.
• Strong ability to develop and cultivate customer relationships.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to identify manufacturings savings opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to onsite customer teams delivering Integrated Supply solutions.
• Manages P&L to meet or exceed budgeted goals and financial targets.
• Drives contractual customer commitments and KPIs at the local site.
• Demonstrates urgency in customer service for internal and external customers.
• Ensures customers pay Vallen according to contractual terms.
