Butler America Aerospace, LLC is seeking an Onsite Supplier Quality & Continuous Improvement professional to support OTIS 3PL operations in Whitleland, IN. This contract role emphasizes hands-on quality management, defect reduction, and real-time problem solving on the warehouse floor.

You will lead root cause analyses, develop corrective actions, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with OTIS and 3PL teams to improve delivery performance and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related quality roles in distribution or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of lean and Six Sigma concepts.
• Experience with audit readiness and SOP governance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with 3PL ops to identify defects, non-conformances, and supplier issues.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Track KPIs such as OTIF, defects, and order accuracy, and report on dashboards.
• Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen events and standard work updates.
