Accurate Personnel in Illinois is hiring an Onsite Supervisor to manage the field employee workforce, enforce safety protocols, support client needs, resolve issues in real time, support attendance and payroll tasks and enhance operational efficiency.

This is a full-time, on-site role with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in the industrial staffing industry.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Proficient with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Experience with timekeeping systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage field employees, including attendance, transfer requests, coaching and terminations.
• Provide flexible customer service for both client and associates.
• Maintain records and provide reporting to client and Accurate.
• Monitor timeclock usage and run daily attendance and payroll reports.
• Walk the site floor at least 3x daily to ensure safety and policy compliance.
• Demonstrate problem-solving, conflict resolution and customer service skills.
• Communicate clearly and work both independently and in teams.
• Interview candidates, assess qualifications, and make job offers as needed.
• Adapt to changing environments and follow company policies.
• Support diversity and comply with EEO standards.
