Accurate Personnel is hiring Onsite Supervisor in Illinois to manage field employees, enforce safety protocols, and support client needs. The role includes attendance and payroll tasks, data reporting, and ensuring policy compliance on site.

Salary ranges are $26–$29/hour with overtime, Monday–Friday schedule, and a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in the industrial staffing industry.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and time-tracking systems like NovoTime or Timerack.
• Highly organized multitasker working well in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage field employees, including attendance, transfers, coaching and terminations.
• Provide flexible and available customer service to clients and associates.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting for client and Accurate Personnel.
• Monitor timeclock usage and generate daily attendance/payroll reports.
• Inspect the site to ensure safety and policy compliance at least 3 times daily.
• Interview candidates, assess qualifications, and extend job offers as needed.
