• 1 year of sales, customer service, recruiting, or staffing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and temporary employees.
• Recruit, interview, screen, and onboard qualified candidates.
• Source talent through job boards, resume databases, referrals, and recruiting platforms.
• Match candidate qualifications to client workforce needs.
• Maintain onsite presence and build relationships with client leadership and employees.
• Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and employee retention.
• Address employee concerns and workplace issues promptly.
• Follow up with employees and client contacts to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with workforce planning and staffing forecasts.
• Perform administrative tasks including documentation and reporting.
• Support client retention and account growth initiatives.
