Job summary

Verstela is seeking a on-site Team Lead to supervise a client-site workforce in Richardson, TX and work with our local branch to ensure client and candidate satisfaction. You have 1+ years of supervisory experience in customer service or sales, reliable transportation for site visits, and you can handle difficult conversations with empathy.

Training is provided. This full-time role includes a schedule of 3:00pm–11:00pm and benefits such as Life and Disability Insurance, Wellness Program, Pet

About the Position:

In this role, you'll work directly at one of our high volume client sites. This unique position involves overseeing a team of employees and working closely with our local branch to ensure both client and candidate satisfaction. Your strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills will be key to your success.Previous experience in a team lead or similar role will help you be successful, as this role does include a lot of communication, including having difficult conversations and being able to deliver tough news with kindness and empathy.

Prior recruiting experience is not required. You will receive comprehensive training to ensure you are set up for success.

You will:
