Job summary

Verstela is seeking a team lead on-site to supervise staff at a high-volume client site and collaborate with the local branch to ensure client and candidate satisfaction.

You will leverage strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to manage daily operations, mentor employees, and handle challenging conversations with empathy. Comprehensive training is provided for success.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory (lead) experience in a customer service or sales setting.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to participate in comprehensive training.

About the Position: In this role, you'll work directly at one of our high volume client sites. This unique position involves overseeing a team of employees and working closely with our local branch to ensure both client and candidate satisfaction. Your strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills will be key to your success.Previous experience in a team lead or similar role will help you be successful, as this role does include a lot of communication, including having difficult conversations and being able to deliver tough news with kindness and empathy.

Prior recruiting experience is not required. You will receive comprehensive training to ensure you are set up for success.

You will:
