Job summary

Verstela in Garland, TX is seeking a on-site Supervisor to oversee a team at a high-volume client site. You will maintain client relationships, monitor on-site employee performance, resolve issues, and conduct new employee orientations to ensure smooth onboarding.

The role emphasizes strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving. Prior recruiting experience is not required, as comprehensive training is provided, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a competitive hourly pay of $24.82–$28.91,

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory (lead) experience in a customer service or sales setting
• Reliable transportation to visit client sites on a regular basis

About the Position: In this role, you'll work directly at one of our high volume client sites. This unique position involves overseeing a team of employees and working closely with our local branch to ensure both client and candidate satisfaction. Your strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills will be key to your success.Previous experience in a team lead or similar role will help you be successful, as this role does include a lot of communication, including having difficult conversations and being able to deliver tough news with kindness and empathy.

Prior recruiting experience is not required. You will receive comprehensive training to ensure you are set up for success.

You will:
