Jobandtalent is seeking an Onsite Supervisor for a leading logistics partner in Windsor. The role is based at a world-class facility where you will manage daily operations and lead a team to meet performance targets.

The ideal candidate has recent experience supervising 20+ employees in a fast-paced warehouse, with a proven track record of meeting metrics and ensuring safe, efficient workflows at the dock and floor level.

Qualifications

• Recent experience supervising a team of 20+ employees.
• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Proven ability to meet company performance standards and metrics.
• Ability to operate a forklift (desirable).
• Experience in Quality Control (desirable).
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (desirable).
• Previous experience in a similar supervisory role (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Anticipate staffing requirements and manage daily headcount.
• Provide productivity, attendance, and performance reports.
• Manage employee relations, including coaching, counseling, and performance reviews.
• Ensure the warehouse floor is properly staffed and operated to meet business goals.
• Oversee key performance indicators such as Fill Rate, Cost Per Piece, and On-Time Attendance.

Onsite Supervisor - Windsor

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Onsite Supervisor to work with a leading logistics company in Windsor. This role is based at a world-class facility where you will be rewarded for your hard work and dedication.

Shift Patterns

• Monday through Saturday 11AM - 6PM

Pay Rates

• 20.00 - 22.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Recent experience supervising a team of 20 or more employees.
• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Proven ability to meet company performance standards and metrics.

Desirable Requirements

• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Experience in Quality Control.
