Job summary

Eclipse Advantage seeks a Warehouse Supervisor in Texas to oversee daily warehouse operations, supervise staff, and ensure accurate picking, packing and shipping to meet customer requirements.

Mon-Thu, 5am-5pm schedule. You will lead scheduling, safety training, and coaching, while collaborating with the Site Manager on interviews and training. The role offers a competitive salary, bonus opportunities, and a strong benefits package including generous PTO and 401k match.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of related work and managerial experience.
• Prior Distribution Center or Warehouse Management experience preferred.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to learn internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Advise employees on care and preservation of items and proper handling procedures.
• Relay or delegate daily communication and reporting to the customer.
• Maintain Safety Training and Compliance schedules and records.
• Control operations costs across warehouse and personnel.
• Schedule staff hours to align with customer requirements.
• Review records for accuracy and adherence to procedures.
• Prepare work schedules and improve efficiency of subordinates.
• Ensure housekeeping and other duties are completed in the warehouse.
• Collaborate with Site Manager on interviews, hires and training; coach and discipline staff.

Responsibilities and essential job functions:

• Advises employees on care and preservation of items received, stored, and shipped; methods and use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining and shipping stock and related problems.
• Supervisor will relay or delegate daily communication and reporting to the customer
• Maintains employee Safety Training and Compliance schedule and records.
• Responsible for operations costs: warehouse, personnel, and related expenses
• Schedules staff hours to align with customer requirements
• Reviews records for accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures
• Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules and expedites workflow; reviews and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates
• Examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policy.
• Supervises the completion of all housekeeping and other duties as assigned for the warehouse
• Collaborates with Site Manager for all interviews, hires, and training of employees; prepares and submits all required paperwork. Also coaches employees and enforce disciplinary actions.
• Office reporting duties as needed

Job requirements:

• 2-3 years related work and managerial experience.
