Actalent in Appleton, WI is seeking a structural engineer to design industrial facilities, foundations, and equipment supports using concrete, steel, and masonry. You will develop design loads, perform structural analyses, and manage tasks within budgets and schedules.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering, FE exam, and experience with RISA 3D and Revit for coordination with drafters and other disciplines. This is a permanent onsite position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• FE exam passed or to be completed.
• Experience with structural analysis for industrial facilities.

Responsibilities

• Design industrial facilities, including equipment supports and foundations.
• Develop design loads based on project requirements.
• Perform structural analysis to verify safety and performance.
• Create constructible designs and review design documents.
• Model, analyze, and optimize structural systems with software.
• Coordinate with drafters and designers for accuracy.
• Collaborate with the structural team to integrate designs with other disciplines.
• Manage tasks within budget and schedule.
