Job summary

Idaho National Laboratory is seeking a Financial Analyst to serve as a liaison between lab operations and Business Management, ensuring contract compliance and providing guidance on cost accounting standards, funding determinations, and invoice approvals.

The role is onsite at Idaho Falls or the desert site facilities with a 9x80/4x10 schedule, and requires a DOE security clearance background as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or related field.
• Level 2 requires bachelor’s + 2 years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree in related field.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a DOE security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with managers on plans, estimates, costs, contracts, schedules, and resources.
• Develops tools to analyze cost, budget performance, and funds management for assigned work.
• Develops earned value, budgets, WBS, IWADs, and cost performance analyses.
• Advises stakeholders on financial performance against baselines and funding levels.
