• Develop executive-ready analyses, reviews, and recommendations from operational data.
• Own and drive cross-functional programs with objectives, milestones, dependencies, stakeholders, and success metrics.
• Identify and improve fragmented or underdeveloped operational processes to establish scalable mechanisms.
• Analyze and maintain operational data, surfacing trends, risks, opportunities, and actions for leaders.
• Translate data into a narrative that highlights meaningful business signals and implications for leadership.
• Develop and maintain reporting that provides visibility into operations, infrastructure demand, and performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, HR, Finance, and others to align priorities and execution.
• Support workforce and headcount planning, including resource allocation and decision-ready inputs.
• Improve data quality and reporting usability amid evolving source data and processes.
