5+ years of experience supporting enterprise storage environments (SAN/NAS).
Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

Manage enterprise data storage infrastructure for reliability and performance.
Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams on data protection and storage architecture.
Investigate and resolve storage-related incidents affecting availability and performance.
Support lifecycle management including capacity planning, upgrades, and maintenance.
Identify opportunities to automate monitoring and operations.
