Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• 2+ years of relevant engineering and equipment experience.
• Experience in a PSM regulated manufacturing environment is a plus.
• CAD experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance sterilization process systems and track KPI.
• Update department procedures and ISO documentation as needed.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance safety, efficiency and reduce non-conformances.
• Monitor equipment uptime and sterilization OEE.
• Provide detailed performance reports and trend analyses to management.
• Train operators and technicians on system usage.
• Manage projects from initiation through completion.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance on non-conformances and corrective actions.
• On-call responsibilities: 24/7 on-call after training period.
