Job summary

Kinsley Steel, Inc. in Maryland is seeking a Project Manager to lead onsite structural steel projects. You will drive execution from planning through completion, coordinating with engineering, detailing, fabrication and field teams to deliver on time and on budget.

You will review specs, prepare critical documents, manage change orders, and maintain strong client relationships while upholding safety, quality, and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• PM experience in steel fabrication/erection or miscellaneous metals.
• Valid US driver's license required.
• Familiarity with Tekla, Fabtrol, MS Project or Primavera preferred.
• Knowledge of safety, quality and cost control standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage structural steel erection and miscellaneous metals installation projects
• Collaborate with teams to ensure project success, from detailing to scheduling
• Review specifications, prepare critical documents, and maintain progress reports
• Prepare and negotiate change orders, deducts, and proposals with clients
• Maintain effective communication and strong client relationships
• Coordinate with subcontractors, fabricators, and other project stakeholders
