Doherty Staffing Solutions Inc in Edina, MN is seeking a Staffing Specialist to support client check-ins, recruit qualified candidates, and manage daily office tasks in a full-time on-site role. The position operates Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with potential involvement in orientations and candidate coaching.

You will enter records in the applicant tracking system, assist with prescreens, and provide client follow-ups. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides client check-in support and conducts orientation for new temporary employees.
• Recruits and identifies qualified candidates to build and maintain a candidate pool.
• Performs daily office tasks including data entry, phones, and greetings.
• Processes client prescreens as applicable.
• In Applicant Tracking System, enters candidate and employee files and logs messages.
• Coaches candidates on interview skills, attendance, attitude, and hygiene.
• Provides employee check-ins and client follow-ups regarding performance.
• Meets with clients, tours, and presents service reviews as needed.
• Communicates temporary employee legal issues per policy.

Education
