Job summary

Doherty Staffing Solutions Inc is seeking a Bilingual Staffing Specialist in Saint Cloud, MN. This onsite role supports client check-ins, candidate translations, and end-to-end staffing processes from recruiting to placing candidates.

The position requires bilingual skills, strong communication, and ability to work across teams. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, health coverage, retirement plan options with employer match, and tuition

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides client check-in support and conducts orientation for new temporary employees.
• Assists in providing written and oral translations upon request.
• Recruits and identifies qualified candidates to build and maintain a candidate pool with the goal of interviewing, hiring and placing them.
• Performs daily office tasks including entering paperwork, answering phones, and greeting applicants professionally.
• Processes client prescreens and maintains candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Coaches candidates and employees on interview skills, attendance, attitude, appearance and hygiene.
• Provides employee check-ins and client follow-ups regarding attendance and performance.
• Meets with clients in person, conducts tours, and presents service reviews as needed.
