Job summary

Employbridge, LLC is seeking an Onsite Staffing Manager/Account Manager for a manufacturing client in West Jefferson, with onsite hours Monday through Friday, 7am–4pm. The role drives staffing delivery, client satisfaction, and team performance at the client site.

The ideal candidate will coordinate recruitment, manage payroll/invoicing accuracy, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong relationships with site supervisors and associates.

Qualifications

• Staffing experience required.
• HR and data management experience.

• Proficient with MS Office and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate staffing requirements and develop value-added services to support changing client needs.
• Coordinate recruitment, screening, interviewing, and hiring of individuals for assignment.
• Maintain timekeeping system and ensure payroll/invoicing is accurate.
• Provide productivity, headcount, attendance, and other reports at the client's request.
• Manage employee relations at the site including coaching, performance reviews, removal from assignments, and exit interviews.
• Conduct onsite orientation and safety training.
• Act as liaison between the branch office and the client.
• Deliver superior customer service and develop relationships with supervisors and associates.
