Job summary

Wonolo in Atlanta is seeking a Customer Onsite Specialist to visit client sites, serve as a Wonolo app expert, and support both Wonoloers and customers on daily tasks.

The role is a 6-month contract with potential extension, requiring 2+ years in staffing/operations or customer service, and willingness to travel to sites. You will collaborate with Wonolo team members remotely and document observations to improve the Wonolo experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in staffing, operations, customer service, or sales.
• Comfortable in an industrial environment with strong communication across stakeholders.
• Reliable, responsive and able to work with minimal supervision, remote collaboration.
• Experience identifying growth opportunities and solving issues proactively.

Responsibilities

• Visit Wonolo customer locations (warehouses/production facilities) and coordinate with customers on issues related to check-in/check-out and time-theft prevention.
• Provide real-time operational feedback and conduct basic orientation for first-day workers.
• Monitor performance of placed candidates and address concerns.
• Resolve issues between candidates and supervisors and maintain client relationships.
• Record observations and outcomes in Google Docs and keep documentation up to date.
