The role emphasizes accurate ledger management, tax registrations, and collaboration with Accounts Payable/Receivable. A strong foundation in GAAP and Excel is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial accounting principles.
• Proficiency with accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Apply GAAP principles to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage adjusting entries, depreciation, and amortization schedules.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
