Onsite Speech Language Pathologist (W2, Hourly + Up to a $250 monthly incentive)

We are currently hiring Onsite Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) in Muskegon, Michigan for the 25/26 school year!

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver speech-language pathology services to school-based children nationwide, utilizing technology and proprietary tools
• Collaborate with school staff and clinical mentors to provide quality services
• Complete documentation, participate in IEP and team meetings, serve as case manager or process coordinator
• Develop your skills and career within a supportive team environment
• Provide face-to-face therapeutic services to diverse school-aged children

Minimum Requirements:

• Caseload availability of 20-40 hours per week
• Personal laptop (not Chromebook) for sessions and platform access
• Active, unrestricted SLP license in your state
• Current ASHA CCCs
• Residency in the United States
• Experience with school-based or pediatric therapy
• Comfort with technology use
• Reliable transportation for punctual attendance

Compensation:

This is a W2 employment opportunity. The hourly rate ranges from $44 to $49, depending on location and qualifications, with potential incentives for working 60+ hours per invoicing period.
