Job summary

Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Corporation is seeking an onsite Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to assess, diagnose, treat and help prevent speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, swallowing and related disorders. You will work within Mass General Brigham facilities to deliver high-quality patient care.

Requirements include a Master’s Degree in Speech Therapy, state licensure, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech Therapy required.
• Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist with State License preferred.
• CCC-SLP and CCC-A are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Implement treatment plans using diverse modalities and techniques.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families about disorders and strategies.
• Collaborate with other health professionals for optimal outcomes.
