Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• CCC-SLP certification and active Texas license required.
• Experience with clinical documentation systems and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech therapy services per physician orders and Plan of Care.
• Design and implement engaging, evidence-based therapy activities.
• Counsel and educate patients and families throughout treatment.
• Set measurable goals and track patient progress.
• Ensure proper setup, use, and sterilization of therapy equipment.
• Review patient records to tailor personalized treatment.
• Participate in continuing education to maintain licensure.
