Job summary

The Green Recruitment Company is seeking a site-based project manager with proven experience in renewable energy or T&D projects to oversee large-scale utility solar initiatives. This full-time role involves coordinating budgets, schedules, subcontractors, QA/QC, and field issue resolution across TN, GA, MS, and TX, with a monthly rotation.

Qualifications

• Experience in renewable energy or transmission & distribution projects.
• Strong project management skills across budgets, schedules, and QA/QC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall project management of large-scale utility solar projects.
• Track budgets, scheduling, change orders, and purchase orders.
• Maintain relationships between customers and subcontractors.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on progress and productivity.
• Administer QA/QC program as work progresses.
• Coordinate with engineering and field teams to resolve field challenges.
• Manage subcontractors on site to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
