Job summary

The Green Recruitment Company is seeking a seasoned Superintendent for utility-scale solar construction projects in multiple Southern states, including Georgia. This full-time, site-based role requires on-site leadership, coordinating crews, safety oversight, and adherence to project timelines.

You will read blueprints, manage budgets, liaise with procurement, and document progress daily while cultivating strong client relations and staying current with industry regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in utility-scale solar construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication to motivate teams.

MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE ON RENEWABLE ENERGY OR T&D PROJECTS

This is a full time site based position with a monthly rotation.

Current Project Locations - TN, GA, MS, TX

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site leadership and supervision to construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Coordinate and schedule construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and milestones.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any potential issues or risks.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement construction plans and strategies.
• Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost control measures are in place.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the construction site.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, construction crews and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to utility-scale solar construction.
