EMC Renewables is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead utility-scale photovoltaic and battery storage EPC projects across the United States. You will be the single point of accountability for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

The role reports to the Vice President of Construction and requires being 100% onsite at project locations throughout the duration.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• Five or more years of experience managing large-scale PV projects on the EPC side.
• PMP certification issued by PMI is a plus.

Mansioni

• Enforce strict adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards, promoting a culture of “Zero Incidents.”
• Lead multiple utility-scale solar projects from design through commercial operation.
• Control project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and risk management plans.
• Administer project contracts, manage change orders, and resolve claims while maintaining client relationships.
• Direct and supervise onsite construction activities, including work sequencing, productivity, and subcontractor management.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure application of internal procedures and corporate policies across all project phases.
• Oversee all project reporting and documentation, including cost tracking and schedule performance.
• Provide leadership and mentorship for project staff to build a high-performing team.
• Leverage lessons learned to improve planning accuracy and field productivity.
• Ensure full compliance with Prevailing Wage & Apprenticeship requirements.
