Qualifications
- 2+ years of software engineering experience in a fast, collaborative production environment.
- Very strong React and TypeScript fundamentals.
- A great eye for visual design and the ability to make UI calls without a designer in the loop.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with data modeling, ETL, system design, frontend, APIs, or ML.
Responsibilities
- Write production code across the full stack, including frontend, backend, data models, and integrations.
- Develop and maintain interfaces for hardware-software systems.
- Set frontend standards: component architecture, design system, TypeScript conventions.
- Embed on-site with partners to understand workflows and constraints.
- Coordinate with HQ and other engineers to deliver integrated solutions.
- Own outcomes and operational maturity, not just features shipped.
