Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience accepted.
• 2+ years of relevant experience or combination of education and experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform structured data checks.
• Intermediate Excel skills: filters, lookups, pivot tables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to compare data from multiple sources and identify inconsistencies.
• Willingness to learn new software platforms and systems.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate building system data, point lists, and project submissions.
• Check data for accurate naming, tagging, equipment, location, and values.
• Monitor live data for missing, stale, or unusual readings.
• Investigate data issues and coordinate with project teams and technical specialists.
• Document discrepancies and track issues through resolution.
• Create and track work orders when issues are identified.
• Assist colleagues in locating and understanding building system data.
• Maintain records and support continuous improvement of data standards.
