We are seeking a detail-oriented Smart Building Data Analyst to support building data quality and system monitoring. You will review building system data, validate points and equipment information, identify data issues, and work with project teams and integrators to resolve discrepancies. Review and validate building system data, point lists, and project submissions. Check data for accurate naming, tagging, equipment, location, and values. Monitor live data for missing, stale, or unusual readings. Investigate data issues and coordinate with project teams and technical specialists. Document discrepancies and track issues through resolution. Create and track work orders when equipment or system issues are identified. Help colleagues locate and understand building system data. Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement of data standards.
Work directly with a Smart Buildings team. Gain hands‑on exposure to building automation, analytics, and commissioning. Learn from experienced technical integrators. Build a foundation for future opportunities in integration, analytics, or commissioning.
