Job summary

ProCare Therapy seeks an on-site Speech-Language Pathology Assistant for a contract position near Ontario, CA, replacing a leave. You will work under a licensed SLP to deliver direct speech and language services and support students in their communication goals.

The role emphasizes collaboration with teachers and families, data collection, and adherence to IEPs, with a strong focus on confidentiality and ethics in education. Ideal candidates have SLPA credentials and school experience.

Qualifications

• Active SLPA credential required (applications without the appropriate certification cannot be considered)
• Recent experience in school settings strongly preferred
• Ability to start as soon as possible
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
• Adaptable and able to work onsite for the duration of the contract

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language support to students according to established IEPs and treatment plans
• Assist the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist in documenting student progress, observations, and data collection
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all regulatory and ethical standards unique to educational settings
