# Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) – Ontario, CAWe are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our dynamic team. As an SLPA, you will play a critical role in assisting our licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering comprehensive speech and language therapy services for pediatric population. **Responsibilities:*** Assisting in speech screenings: Collaborating with speech pathologists to conduct screenings for speech therapy services.* Administering standardized tests and scoring them under the guidance of the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist.* Implementing personalized treatment plans devised by the Speech-Language Pathologist for patients.* Providing direct therapy services to clients, focusing on enhancing communication skills and addressing specific speech and language goals.* Ensuring accurate and up-to-date client records, documenting progress and adjustments to treatment plans as directed by supervising SLP.* Cultivating a collaborative environment by closely collaborating with other SLPs and SLPAs in the team.
