Qualifications

• CCC-SLP certification and active Texas license
• Experience with clinical documentation systems and patient records
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion
• Comfort with basic technical issues related to therapy tools and platforms
• Ability to perform duties predominantly in a standing position
• Professional communication and attentiveness to detail

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech therapy services per physician orders and Plan of Care
• Design and implement evidence-based exercises tailored to patient goals
• Provide counseling and support to patients and families
• Establish measurable goals and track progress
• Ensure proper setup and sterilization of therapy equipment
• Review records to tailor treatment approaches
• Participate in continuing education to maintain licensure
