Job summary

Abraham's Shredding is seeking a Shred Truck Operator to start each day with a safety check, then visit multiple client sites to securely shred documents on-site and deliver excellent service. The role includes occasional electronic media destruction and light shop work, with full training provided.

You will handle up to 25 stops daily, maintain safe operations, and support a family-owned team that values safety, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record (CDL not required).
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, MVR check, and DOT physical.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site destruction of confidential documents.
• Safely operate mobile shredding trucks and equipment.
• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Securely collect, transport, and destroy sensitive materials.
• Complete daily safety inspections of trucks and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the truck cab and shredding compartment.
• Dispose of shredded materials at a secure recycling facility.
• Fuel, clean, and prep trucks for the next day’s route.
• Assist with electronic media destruction.
