Job summary

Waste Management is seeking a Shred-it Route Driver to provide high-level service for client document destruction. You will transport supplies, securely handle cargo, and ensure compliance with company policy and laws.

The role involves 4 days per week, typical 6am starts, with paid training and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and PTO. Safety-sensitive position with potential pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience driving Box Trucks and route management.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs onsite/offsite document destruction of confidential information.
• Loads and unloads delivery vehicle and ensures cargo is secured.
• Operates company equipment safely and reports maintenance issues.
• Maintains DOT logs where applicable.
• Serves accounts using hand-held device and tracks inventory.
• Manages assigned routes to service customers promptly and accurately.
