Job summary

Corporation for Findlay Market (CFFM) seeks a Shopping App Program Coordinator to lead on-site program coordination, product management support, data analytics, and partnership integration.

Reporting to the Shopping App Program Manager, you will coordinate cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to grow the Findlay Market Shopping App platform while ensuring inclusive experiences for shoppers and merchants.

Qualifications

• Experience with project management and program coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
• Valid driver’s license for site operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overall program coordination; own team workflow, meetings, and project management.
• Lead collaboration across team functions and partners to implement program innovations and partner needs through alignment and integration.
• Main point of contact for merchant needs, feedback, and issue resolution.
• Develop problem-solving strategies for prioritization of issues and resource-based decisions.
• Provide input and updates, ensuring stakeholder consideration for program decisions.
• Support end-to-end fulfillment processes and integration of program updates into operations.
