Job summary

LayerZero Power Systems, a leader in power distribution solutions, seeks a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to manage shipping, receiving, and transfer orders using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will collaborate with Materials, Logistics, Procurement, Finance, Production, and Warehouse teams to keep material flow smooth and accurate.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in shipping/logistics, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with ERP systems.

Qualifications

2+ years of shipping, receiving, logistics, inventory, materials, warehouse, or manufacturing operations.
Experience using ERP systems to process transactions and investigate operational issues.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive issues to resolution.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Process shipping, receiving, transfer order, and inventory-related transactions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC.
Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are documented and reflected in ERP systems.
Validate documentation for completeness and accuracy; assist with shipment processing and confirmations.
Coordinate transfer orders across facilities; monitor activity and resolve bottlenecks.
Support dock scheduling, inbound/outbound visibility, and material movement across departments.
Utilize BC to support operational execution and transaction accuracy; assist with reporting and data validation.
