Job summary

LayerZero Power Systems, Inc. is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator for our on-site facility in Aurora, OH. You will manage shipping, receiving, and transfer orders, coordinating with Materials, Logistics, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth material flow and accuracy in BC.

The role requires 2+ years in logistics or related operations, strong organizational skills, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC to resolve discrepancies and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, inventory, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience using ERP systems to process transactions and investigate issues.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive issues to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Process shipping, receiving, transfer orders, and inventory transactions in BC.
• Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are documented and reflected in ERP.
• Validate documents for completeness and accuracy; assist with shipment processing.
• Maintain organized shipping/receiving documentation.
• Own day-to-day transfer order coordination across facilities.
